  • I like this Alunah, but I prefer Alunah with Sophie & David Day better. Sophie's vocals kill and catchier riffs.

  • Full 🇫🇷 review: http://www.radiometal.com/article/alunah-strange-machine,420406 Successful change of atmosphere, while still retaining some of the good old bits. Feel-good psychedelia with doomy undertones.

  • Heavy Slabs of Sabbathian Sludge & Iommi-Like Riffs strike Doom into the hearts of any who Enter this "Strange Machine." Vocally the most impressive outing yet for Sian's Stunning Pipes..... This is the sound of a band that knows what's at Stake when you hail from Steeltown. This Medicine goes down Easy.

  • They've doubled down on the psychedelia and turned up the Jefferson Airplane-gone-heavy vibes. Alunah pull it off and it makes for a super fun and groovy LP.

  • This is a huge leap forward from Violet Hour, which was a pretty damn good album! The songwriting is more varied, and in particular the vocals have been unleashed and just crush it. She lets herself yell, croon, and lastly hit those awesome falsettos. This record cooks.
