“Suspended in Reflections est un petit album de six titres qui dure moins de quarante minutes et je ne vous cache pas que c’est trop peu. Trop peu parce que j’aime beaucoup leur univers. https://youtu.be/Pg9dscHjhBg?si=HO5lgc4VtAhpWNiD”

“Stunning ! Stunning! Stunning! Clever arrangements, Floydian guitar, orchestration, synths, chruch organ and euphoric choruses, Ancestors combine these elements and break free from a Post-Metal albatorss here, creating a yearning, grandiose, bombastic and beautiful body of work that defies all expectations and sets them apart from their peers. Earworms burrow into your subconscience with each listen. A top 10 album of the last decade, in my opinion. Listen, immerse and prepare to be floored!”

“This is just a fucking beautiful piece of art. You can throw out the musical touchpoints of shoegaze, post-rock/metal, 90's grunge... ok. The songs are just so good and powerful, almost dream-like with strong melodic guitar lines over harmonic vocals. The songs bleed and flow into another, building into this epic downer of sadness. I must have listened to the opening song(s) "Gone/Through A Window" 30 times in a month. Give this band a chance to get into your head. This album could be your life.”

“Alternative rock with muscles and a purpose. Chiming guitars front and center anchor nugaze-type vocals. Each track builds to anthemic proportions without the cheese of arena rock. A gorgeous unexpected treat.”
