  • I really like weird stuff.... and this is WEIRD. Blunt Horse take there progressive sludge to one extreme to another and show us how cool there music really is. The whole album totally took me by surprise and it showed me how great it can be to push into experimental territory and create something amazing. Well done Blunt Horse in creating an awesome record.

  • A really innovative approach to the genre - really love the unpredictability of the whole thing. Highly recommended.

  • Psychedelic and a bit experimental, Blunt Horse seem to be carving out an excellent niche for themselves with their unique take on the genre. - MetalTrenches.com

  • At first, I wasn't into this band's sound, but I kept listening, and I'm really fucking glad I did. This is like older Mastodon, but with all their cool aspects, and none of the bad ones. This is a very cool album.
