  • 10/10 For me it's the best metal album of the decade it takes the brutality and Dave's virtuosity of the punishing first record and builds a cohesive masterpiece, every song on the album is brilliant.

  • If your tunes aren't as heavy as Churchburn's are, then they just aren't heavy enough. The long wait for their full length is finally over. The band brings the riffs and thunder like no one else can.

  • I'm convinced that Churchburn is the heaviest band there is. They always manage to find the perfect groove, seamlessly blending death, doom, sludge, and black metal into a thick oily shake that tastes like pureed corpses. The music ranges between being crushed by boulders to being torn to ribbons by a train--never too fast or too slow, always thick, groovy, and evil.
