  • Not sure if you should call this gothic doom or doomic goth, either way it's distinctive vocal stylings and its mix of late 70's/early 80's post punk dynamics make for an interesting if somewhat left of centre listen.

  • An excellent sophomore album builds on every front from the impressive self titled debut. Much care has clearly gone into every tone, with warm keys and atmospheric chorus laden guitars juxtaposed against searing distortion and a crushingly heavy rhythm section. From soaring vocal melodies, riffs, illustrative lyrics, arrangements, production to surprisingly catchy choruses, this is a carefully album that is every bit as haunting as it is comforting. Gloom and Doom has never felt so good.
