“Belgian Atmospheric Black / Funeral Doom Metal. The contrast between Déhà's guttural vocals & Mina's angelic singing is really quite something... :) The contrasts are extremely impressive. Sometimes I am reminded of a slightly milder version of Déhà's "Ave Maria II" - one that does not leave me an emotional wreck - I am listening to both right now just to make sure... :). Whichever, this is an utterly fantastic track! Highly recommended!!!”
“As if the pure dread of Suffocating in the Ether had just been the calm before the storm, Elevation in the Ether is intent on crushing, pulverising, dismantling you with superb funeral doom. What a delight to listen to (although that might be a particular choice of words considering the musical context). Truth be told, it's just too fucking good for lesser feelings than unrestrained rapture. Déhà has yet to deliver anything subpar. And Mina – what an angelic voice! A marvellous fourth entry.”
