  • Cards on the table, I haven't the faintest idea what it is that separates NWOTHM from Melodic-Thrash. Either way, f*cking dope. Tasty riffs and grooves for days. Low key, I kinda resent being encouraged to kill myself this openly (The Rope), but good tunes is good tunes.

  • Red-hot hot damn! These grooves have a swing like a wrecking ball and will stick in your head like paste, keeping it bobbing long after a song has ended. Righteous riffage fuses with a snarling Uncle Acid evil and a progressive melodic sensibility for a highly idiosyncratic work. All instruments (including vocals) are on point and well balanced, songs are excellently structured with a hell of a rhythmic sense, production is nice. The Doctor will see us all now.

  • Riffs stacked on riffs and harmonized leads that would make even Steve Harris jealous. Addictive and sharp, I kept coming back to this stoner extravaganza.

  • This album is a total grower. On first listen I thought it was just alright. Then I found that every song was stuck in my head. So many ear worms. While it might not do anything new for the doomy/stoner rock genre it executes extremely well.

  • Smooth and warm, melodic and heavy in all the familiar but forever-welcomed ways.
