  • Prog rock-#1 in my top 3 Elder albums after Reflections and Lore, absolutely fantastic! It’s a “loop album” that never gets old over time. I spin it “all the time”. Halcyon and One light retreating are stand outs. A required purchase for the Elder/prog rock fan. FFO, Rush-Tool-Rishloo.

  • I endlessly waffle between whether this or Gold/Silver Sessions is Elder at the height of their powers, but it doesn't really matter in the end. Omens is a really really goddamn good album.

  • I disliked this album at first mainly due to the cleaner and less echoing vocals. But dude, it is amazing. They kept their same sound, but made it even more atmospheric and mystical. Was able to see them twice this year. Phenomenal both times, and one of my Top five bands of all time. Love these dudes.

  • A re-purchase due to an accidental deletion of the original promo file on my PC, which in turn has caused me to listen with fresh ears and appreciate some of the finer aspects of this i may have missed when it was first released.
