Protéiforme comme un écosystème, il se fait aliéné quand il est soumis à la destruction ("Aphotic Trench"), paniqué par un post-doom apocalyptique, mais c'est plein d'espoir que nous quittons cet album. 《 But hope remains in [...] collective efforts of humans. 》

  • How does this sound? An atmospheric doom metal concept album about how humanity is destroying our ocean life & its fragile life ecosystems. I mean, as metal concepts go it might not be "The Crimson Idol" lol but "Oceanic Womb" is extremely interesting subject matter. Now the music is mind-bendingly incredible. Experimental metal dissonance one moment, chanted harmonic vocals the next, Avery Dart keeps you on your toes as to where the music & sound will take him. Fucking inspiring, to be honest.
