  • Invoking the spirit of Attila-era Sunn O))) but on a mitochondrial level, this is a disarmingly pretty but deeply dark meditation on the folly of human encroachment on established ecosystems. A place to get lost in while doing no harm.

  • Am loving everything about the Escaping Aghartha project. Each release highlights a specific challenge caused by humanity towards the environment. The last record, he showed how we have fucked up the ocean. Now, on "White-Nose Syndrome" Avery Dart takes us on a 30 minute ambient noise exploration describing how a disease brought by humans into caves has impacted the bat population & its resulting ecological affect. Sound dense? Nah - play this shit loud & dive into this dude's mind. Astounding.

  • This is Escaping Aghartha's best release so far. It fully realizes its concept and makes leaps and bounds in production quality.
