Dark Age is a heavy metal band from Munroe Falls, Ohio, USA, that was formed in 1984. Not to be confused with [a=Dark Age (6)] from California. Formed by the Rininger brothers when they were 11 (Dave) and 13 (CJ) years old, alongside their their 2 cousins (Jamie and Mike Smith), they released the first song CJ Rininger ever wrote, "Star Trippin'" (written when he was 11 in 1982) on 7" along with one of their later compositions as the B-side.
