“This is actually kind of an incredible album, for a bunch of reasons. First off, it has a really ear-friendly approach, which is surprising, given Hjelm's pedigree. Second, it's a beautiful mix of influences, from the Depeche Mode cover, to System Calibration, which sounds like a long-lost Vangelis collaboration. This album explores space and the outer realms of psych rock, but it holds your hand and whispers nice things in your ear while doing so.”
