The band was formed in 1996 as In Cold Blood and released their demo "Nailed" in 1997 which lead to a record deal with Nuclear Blast who also re-released the demo in 1998. The band changed their name to Raise Hell the same year and released their debut album "Holy Target". To date the band has released four album "Holy Target" (1998), "Not Dead Yet" (2000), "Wicked Is My Game" (2002) and "City Of The Damned" (2006) and one single entitled "To The Gallows" (2005).
