  • For each sludge release it is necessary to have good vocal outfit, just like here. And bass needs to crash the walls, just like here.

Marcin Wielewski · favourite track: The End Of Truth

Lord Josh L. · favourite track: The Fate Before Fate

  • Indian arguably conjured some of the nastiest, most abrasive & depraved sludge ever (still holding true), particularly through the latter half of its miserable, fleeting lifespan.

    Sugammadex · favourite track: Guiltless

  • A visceral experience, "Guiltless" is about as real as doom metal gets. Similar to fellow Chicago noise masters (and shared bandmates) Lord Mantis, this band just does not give a shit about fitting in - this is who they are. They drop in some melodicism in "The Fate Before Fate" to crushing effect. But the heaviest and greatest moment is the fadeout riff 5 minutes into "No Grace." When those drums kick in... jesus. I would absolutely give anything to see this played live. Maybe someday, right!
