• “When I noticed that this week dozens (or so it felt) of fellow Bandcampers I follow bought albums by King Buffalo (who have been on the radar for long but not yet in my collection) I looked closer and saw, that the band set their whole oeuvre on NYP for the end of the year. High time for me to jump that wagon, too :-) Couldn't decide which album to start with, so I had to get the lot... This is their debut album from 2016. "Organic stoner rock" mixing lighter and heavier moods. Nice songs.too!”

• “King Buffalo have become, for me, pretty much the gold standard by which I measure other bands in the heavy psychedelic genre. This, one of their earlier albums, is not as strong as some of their more recent albums, in my opinion, but it is nonetheless a decent album & does have some great tunes. ‘Down From the Sky’ & ‘Orion Subsiding’ are my faves. 6.5+/10.”
