KYLESA is an American rock/psych/sludge metal band from Savannah, GA, formed in 2001 by former members of Damad with the addition of guitarist Laura Pleasants. Founding member Brian Duke passed away on 6 June 2001, in the midst of recording the band's debut album. In 2014 the core members of the band founded their own label, Retro Futurist. On 28 April 2016 the band announced an indefinite hiatus that lasted until 20 August 2024, when their return was communicated via social media. KYLESA played their comeback show on 17 April 2025 at the 013 Poppodium in Tilburg, The Netherlands (Roadburn Festival).
