“These guys live on Heep/Astbury Street. I like to drop in and hang out once in a while, and they are outstanding hosts. They like to serve a strong tea infused with Hammond leaves, fuzzy psych riff-blossoms, and earthy resins. Drink it in, friends.”
“I love Landskap. That is all.”
“This album reminds me of The Groundhogs: the singer sounds like Tony McPhee and the songs have a reverby, earthy, prog, folk-rock vibe. Rarely do I care about lyrics, but these are rather spectacular, monumental, and uplifting. The pulsing, minor-key organ gives it a more gothic feel than the organ in a lot of 70s inspired acts. Don't worry: there are some heavy riffs too.”
