“Picking a favorite on this album was challenging because there are four songs on this album that are neck-and-neck brilliance: the mammoth "Com(?)", the delicate "Sabbath", the climbing "A Speeding Car" and the celestial "Halo". This was where MONO started experimenting with orchestrations, but it's still firmly rooted in more traditional post-rock, with "Com(?)" leaning into post-metal territory at times. I now understand why this album is so acclaimed by long-time fans because it's stellar!”
