  • Most bands gradually get worse as they run out of ideas. MONO is the direct opposite. This album showcases where the band just started to truly come into its own with its signature blend of post-rock and orchestrations. While not every track is a 5/5 like future releases, the foundations are still rock solid. From the immaculate "Halcyon" to the mysterious "Lost Snow" and the delicate "A Thousand Paper Cranes", this is such an awesome look at just how far this amazing band has come!

  • the subtlety that the Mono band forges touches my heart. It has a sensitivity to competing and strengthens my creativity. In particular this is a tremendous álbum.
