  • The Middle Eastern feel is much stronger on this album than on earlier releases and that is a great thing. Considering Hashisism began in the Middle East with Hassan I Sabbah, it's a good thing to hear a band embrace that sound in stoner/doom/psych setting. Pyraweed is quickly becoming one of my go to bands. Would love to have some vinyl from them.

  • Great heavy music and the vocals are better on this vs. their other releases. My favorite of the Pyraweed collection.

  • Crazy, full and rich record. I love it so much I even created my own story about it. 1. The Black Blinding Sun is opened for the people to see it; 2. The sun takes the listener to itself; 3. The listener experiences the deep sleep caused by this sun; 4. The sun releases the listener with new experiences and emotions to the real world.
