“This album is fucking awesome. The twin guitar harmonies/interplay are probably their tightest (and prettiest) yet. The title track is one of their most gorgeous songs, alongside Weltall Erde Rotor, imho. I also wonder how many people will pick up on the Salem’s Bend - Catamount quote in Reibach. Far as I can tell, I’m the first one to point it out online, lol. I feel smug as hell (mostly because I spent hours obsessing over where I’d heard that melody before - I can finally sleep now).”
