  • I have been fascinated with the Eleusinian Mysteries since I first learned about them in college. With this release tracing the experience of an initiate into the Mysteries, Telesterion has rekindled that fire in me. Imagine stepping into the darkened temple, flickering shadows dancing on the walls, sweet incense thickening the air and opening the mind and spirit to Demeter, wrathful and loving Mother of All on the living Earth.

  • US Progressive Doom / Post-Metal. The Post-Metal is particularly noticeable here. They are along the same line as Thumos, a little more "post" & a little less "doom" but just as awesome all the way! Highly recommended!

  • Myesis is definitely the best release so far from the stunningly post metal enigma which is Telesterion. They keep on surprising the hell out of me, pushing there sound into new depths and new territory, amazing four tracks that evolve into more each time you listen. A must buy for any post metaller fan.

  • This just gets deeper and deeper. Each one takes me further down the rabbit hole.
