“The vocals on this, especially on "The Forge", reminds me of something like Totem Moon meeting up with Bathory. It's that slow, deeply deliberate (barytonish?), almost spoken chant that stirs that remnant speck of viking blood in me perhaps? ;) At any rate I really like this. There's something simple, loving, hypnotic and almost sacredly hymnic about this that just plants the Tempelheks scepter firmly in my collection.”
