“Fans of mid-90s grunge/alternative rock, especially Stone Temple Pilots, rejoice! Valley of the Sun is rooted in those glorious years, adding elements of modern stoner riffage to create an addicting sound. Ryan Ferrier's powerful vocals are super soulful, but can gut punch as well. Also, while the excellent percussion draws my attention, the production allows all of the instruments and the vocals to have their say. Such a great record!”
