  • So, a mate of mine played me this album. Initial thoughts were, super laid-back running into hard edged stoner grooves. But when I listened more closely the details opened up, giving an immensely detailed musical landscape. Cleverly written and brilliantly executed. Leaning towards Elder, King Buffalo, Kahn but with a touch more cojones.

  • I heard "Hounds of Dune" on a Spotify playlist. Loved the grooves, heaviness & originality. After listening to one more track I headed to Bandcamp and bought everything these guys have out. All the music is well produced and freakin kicks ass. So just listen. Read other reviews for a more technical review. All I know is Warchief is my best find since Jack Harlon & the Dead Crows. This shit is awesome. Thank you Bandcamp. Once again.

  • This is very good mix of different styles of rock; stoner, psych & prog. The good thing is that this band is still active so there is hope for new stuff in the future.

  • An interesting mix of progressive long-form rawk, grunge, and space rock. Very much in the Truckfighters style of thoughtful, moody stoner rock with moments of immense power and bombast.

  • I very seldom buy music on the very first listen, but two songs in I knew that this album was for me. Just the right mix of potent grit and elegant, almost spiritual beauty.
