  • It's driving me crazy that I can't place who this singer reminds me of. The band sounds like a synthesis of my favorite doom bands: The Sword, Witchcraft, Green Lung. Maybe the vocals remind me of Pentagram. This is an extremely well-made album. The copped Tony Iommi licks and use of classic doom tropes never sound cliched because at core these guys write excellent songs and play them really well.

  • No frills proto-doom with clean unfussy vocals sang over dank but not overly dark grooves of metallic majesty. Niiiice!
