Co-founder and vocalist of DEATH SS released “Free Man” in 1993 as the debut album of his solo project simply named STEVE SYLVESTER, in which he collaborated with musicians from the first DEATH SS line up, the period 1977 – 1984 (Paul Chain, Thomas Hand Chaste and Claud Gallery), plus known personalities of the Italian Metal Scene and Death SS alumni like: Albert Simonini, Andy Panigada (Bulldozer), Erik Lumen, Paul Dark, Andy Barrington, Aldo Polverari, Lu Spitfire, Alex Scardavian, Baka Bomb, etc.
"Free Man" goes to the roots of Steve’s musical background, this album unleashes hard and high doses of Heavy Metal, 70’s Rock and classic Doom. Includes covers of Angel Witch and Uriah Heep classics.
